She has spent most of her life researching information that she can teach to others  to gain better quality from their lives.  She has studied and taught some form of Eastern Philosophy and Practice for over 30 years;  taught Nichiren Shoshu Buddhism in New York City for 4 years; practiced and taught Transcendental Meditation; practiced various forms of yoga since 13; studied at the Omaha Yoga School for 10 years; teaches yoga, breathing and meditation classes;  and is a student of Pan Yoga Sutras.

Aubrey Nye is also certified as a Neuro Linguistic practitioner through NLP Comprehensive ;certified in Hypnosis through North Central Hypnotism Training Institute and the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners; Ordained as a Minister through the Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards Congregation;  teaches classes at Metropolitan Community College and Iowa Western; author of the recent publication "Mirror Images/Is there a genetic link to spirit?" and artist, that has done commissions throughout the United States.

The methods and techniques that she shares with you within these CD's are ones that have helped her, along with hundreds of other people to make the journey of life a little bit easier. And sometimes, a lot easier!
