Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful system of thinking that can accelerate the achievement of your personal and professional goals.

NLP is concerned with the relationship between successful patterns of behavior and the subjective experiences ( patterns of thought) underlying them. It seeks to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication, and to change their patterns of mental and emotional behavior.

The  NLP techniques I use create specific skills and patterns necessary to make positive changes, create new choices, be more effective with others, break free of old habits, self-destructive patterns and behaviors, and think more clearly about what it is you want and how to get it.

I have had great results using these methods for myself and others. They have been very effective in non-smoking and weight loss also.


Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping), is a universal healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional, and performance issues. EFT operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs improvement, there are unresolved emotional issues in the way. Even for physical issues, chronic pain, or diagnosed conditions, it is common knowledge that any kind of emotional stress can impede the natural healing potential of the human body.

In many cases, EFT can be applied directly to physical symptoms for relief without exploring any emotional contributors. However, for the most powerful, longest lasting results with EFT, we do expect to identify and target related emotional issues.


Hypnosis has been misunderstood and misinterpreted. Hypnosis is a brain frequency that we go into several times a day, especially at the end of the evening when the brain is quieting down getting ready to sleep. It is compared to a deep alpha state. As a Hypnotherapist I am trained in methods that will help your brain to relax and go into the hypnosis state.  In this relaxed state, if there is no objection, suggestions will go in easily, and take immediately.

There is nothing strange about it. You do not go into an altered state, other than a deep relaxed state similar to what you experience before you go to sleep at  night.  You are aware of everything going on, in fact many people put themselves into that state to write, play golf, etc.  Most people are not aware that they are in Hypnosis at the time, because it is just a relaxed state.

Everyone can be hypnotized, but, if there are deeper levels of trust issues, or there has been abuse, or situations in their lives have made them feel out of control, often they will not allow themselves to relax into hypnosis and that deeper state. Usually once a person understands what hypnosis is and has an agreement in wanting the suggestion, hypnosis is not a problem.
